If this is your life:
You ate lunch at your desk alone again. Not because you're busy — because the office kitchen is a minefield and you learned a long time ago that it's just easier this way.
You've planned the exits before you sat down. You know which restaurants are too loud, which family members to seat farthest away. You have an entire invisible architecture of avoidance that looks, from the outside, like having a lot of preferences.
You've mentioned it to a therapist. They nodded and moved on. You got the sense they didn't really know what to do with it. So you stopped bringing it up.
You've tried the coping strategies. The headphones, the apps, the noise machines. They help — until they don't. And you're still here.
You don't need another way to manage it. You need to understand what's actually happening — and start getting your life back.
The problem isn't the sound.
The sound is just the trigger. Underneath every misophonia reaction is a deeper feeling your nervous system has been reaching for — something it learned to protect you from a long time ago.
When you understand what that feeling is, the whole thing stops being a mystery you're managing and starts being something you can actually work with.

What's inside
Part 01
A 60-Minute Guided Experience
Not a lecture. An experience. You'll slow down a real trigger moment and finally understand your reaction from the inside — in your body, not just your mind. Work through it at your own pace, as many times as you need, with as many triggers as you'd like.
Part 02
A Somatic Regulation Practice
A body-based practice you can return to anytime — before a triggering environment, after a reaction hits, or on the days that feel like too much. This isn't about calming down. It's about coming home to your own nervous system.
Part 03
The Misophonia Relief Map Worksheet
Your own personal map of what's underneath your reaction — the sensations, emotions, beliefs, and unmet needs your nervous system has been reaching for. Specific to your pattern, your history. Bring it to your therapist or work through it on your own. Yours to keep.
Sixty minutes to finally understand what's been happening in your body for years — and a set of tools to keep coming back to.

About your guide:
Hi, I'm Megan.
Licensed Therapist • EMDR • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy • Colorado
I've had misophonia for most of my life — and spent years wishing someone had built what I built here.
I'm a licensed therapist trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I work with the nervous system. I understand misophonia not just as a clinician, but as someone who has lived inside it. This isn't theory for me. It's personal.
I built this workshop because I believe you deserve more than a list of coping strategies. You deserve to actually understand what's happening — and what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

A note before you go
This workshop isn't a cure. Misophonia is complex, and healing it takes time. What this gives you is a real starting point — a way to finally understand your own pattern and begin working with it rather than against it.
If you're already working with a therapist, this is something you can bring into that work. If you're not, this is a meaningful place to begin.
